The house
10 Water Tower Street is home to Chester University Accommodation: a Victorian townhouse with a distinctive black-and-white Tudor-style frontage, sitting just inside Chester’s Roman city walls. Five bedrooms share generous communal space and are looked after by a hands-on landlord.

Rooms & availability
The property has five bedrooms in total — a mix of doubles and singles. For the 2026–27 academic year, four rooms are currently available to let from 1st August 2026. The remaining room is occupied by our current student tenant.

About us
Chester University Accommodation has been letting rooms at 10 Water Tower Street to students in Chester for over fifteen years. The house is owner-managed — not run through a large agency — so you deal with the same person from your first email through to check-out.
A lot of our tenants come from outside the UK, so we’re used to helping with the practical side of moving in: airport arrival, registering with a GP, opening a bank account and finding your way around the city.
